The Scottish Government recognised in its research (see link below) the impact Lean can have on delivering efficiency and performance improvement. LMR is supporting one of the largest Lean transformations in the public sector as part of the Lean Partnership. With the successful customization of 'manufacturing' principles into a transactional environment our client has seen substantial savings as well as a cultural shift in its approach to dealing with its clients. Doing more with less without placing an extra burden on staff or failing to deliver is proving to be a reality. |
